Terms and Conditions for Lead Generation Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by PRSTO LeadGen ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client," "you," or "your").

By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.

2. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All content on our website, unless uploaded by users, is our property or that of our affiliates. This includes text, images, software, layouts, and other digital assets.

You may view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our content commercially without written permission.

3. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. These are provided for your convenience only.

We do not control and are not responsible for any external sites.

Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

4. Scope of Services

We provide lead generation services designed to generate outbound conversations with qualified prospects.

Services may include LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, data sourcing, and campaign optimization. The specific services delivered depend on the program or package selected by the Client.

Reply handling and meeting booking may be included only if explicitly stated as part of your selected service.

5. Performance Terms

Performance and Expectations:

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the number of conversations, booked meetings, opportunities, or revenue generated.

All results are influenced by multiple factors outside of our control, including your market, offer, targeting, messaging alignment, competition, timing, and your follow-up and sales process.

Any examples, case studies, or ranges referenced on our website, sales materials, or conversations are estimates based on typical campaign performance when executed consistently. These are not guarantees of performance.

Our services are designed to generate outbound conversations. Converting those conversations into booked meetings, opportunities, or revenue depends on your internal processes, responsiveness, and ability to engage prospects effectively.

Estimated Results Disclaimer:

Any projected ranges or performance estimates presented on our website or in marketing materials reflect historical averages across campaigns and are provided for informational purposes only.

Actual results will vary and may be higher or lower depending on execution, market conditions, and client involvement.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is for three (3) months unless otherwise stated.

Either party may terminate with seven (7) business days' written notice.

All offerings are auto-renewed until canceled.

To cancel your services, you must provide written notice by emailing [email protected] at least seven (7) business days prior to your next billing date.

Upon termination, services will stop, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in advance for the following month or three months, depending on the service or payment option selected.

Fees are non-refundable.

Disputed charges or chargebacks are not allowed.

If you choose a monthly offering, your invoice for the second month will be prorated on the twenty-seventh and will auto-bill on the twenty-seventh.

We partner with Stripe for payment processing and do not store any of your financial information.

All fees are for services rendered and campaign execution. Fees are not contingent on performance outcomes or results.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to keep each other’s information confidential for two (2) years after termination and refrain from making negative public statements about each other.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials and tools we provide are protected. You may only use them internally. Do not reproduce, resell, or distribute without permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes, interfere with our platforms, or access restricted systems.

11. Privacy

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email tools). We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the month prior to the claim.

We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or data loss.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the performance of campaigns, including pipeline generation, meetings booked, or revenue outcomes.
