Terms and Conditions for Lead Generation Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by PRSTO LeadGen ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client," "you," or "your").
By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.
2. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
All content on our website, unless uploaded by users, is our property or that of our affiliates. This includes text, images, software, layouts, and other digital assets.
You may view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our content commercially without written permission.
3. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. These are provided for your convenience only.
We do not control and are not responsible for any external sites.
Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
4. Scope of Services
PRSTO LeadGen provides lead generation services designed to initiate outbound conversations with qualified prospects.
Services are delivered under one of the following engagement types:
Done-For-You (DFY):
We execute outbound campaigns on your behalf, which may include LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, data sourcing, and campaign optimization. Reply handling and meeting booking are only included if explicitly stated in your selected service.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY):
We provide tools, templates, and guidance for you to execute your own outbound campaigns. You are fully responsible for execution, targeting, messaging, and results.
Pay-for-Performance (P4P):
We execute outbound campaigns with the objective of generating qualified meetings.

The exact scope of services is determined by the package or offering selected at the time of purchase.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Service Terms
DIY services provided by PRSTO LeadGen include access to tools, templates, training materials, and general guidance intended to support Client-led outbound lead generation efforts.
Client acknowledges that PRSTO LeadGen does not execute, monitor, or manage outbound campaigns under DIY services unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Client is solely responsible for all aspects of execution, including but not limited to targeting, messaging, campaign setup, platform usage, compliance, and ongoing optimization.
PRSTO LeadGen makes no guarantees regarding performance, including but not limited to conversations generated, meetings booked, opportunities created, or revenue outcomes.
Client assumes all risks associated with the use of outbound platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn and email systems, and is responsible for adhering to platform policies and best practices.
DIY services are non-refundable and are provided as-is for Client-directed use.
Client Communication Responsibility
Unless explicitly included as part of your selected service, the Client is solely responsible for monitoring and responding to all inbound messages across LinkedIn, email, or any other communication channels used in connection with the services.
PRSTO LeadGen is not responsible for missed messages, delayed responses, or lost opportunities resulting from the Client’s failure to monitor or respond to inbound communications.
In services where reply handling or meeting booking is included, PRSTO LeadGen will manage inbound communication as defined within that specific offering.
5. Performance Terms
For Done-For-You (DFY) and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) services, PRSTO LeadGen does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the number of conversations, meetings booked, opportunities created, or revenue generated.
These services are designed to initiate outbound conversations with qualified prospects. Outcomes beyond initial engagement depend on multiple factors outside of PRSTO LeadGen’s control, including but not limited to market conditions, offer strength, targeting, messaging alignment, competition, timing, and the Client’s follow-up and sales process.
Any examples, case studies, or performance ranges referenced on our website, in marketing materials, or during sales conversations are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee of results. Actual performance will vary by Client.

6. Term and Termination
This Agreement applies to any and all services purchased from PRSTO LeadGen, including but not limited to core outbound services, add-ons, strategy sessions, or other related offerings, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The term of this Agreement is based on the service selected at the time of purchase and will be either month-to-month or a three (3) month term.
All services automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.
Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice at least seven (7) business days prior to the next billing date.
To cancel services, Client must provide written notice by emailing [email protected].
Following notice of cancellation, both parties agree to work in good faith to manage and conclude active campaigns through the end of the current billing period.
PRSTO LeadGen will continue executing services during this period, and Client agrees to maintain access and any required coordination necessary to properly conclude the engagement.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in an additional billing cycle.
Upon termination, services will stop, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in advance for the selected billing period.
Fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused services.
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
All billing is based on the selected service and billing cycle. Client acknowledges that PRSTO LeadGen incurs costs to execute services, including third-party platforms and tools, and that charges are valid once a billing cycle has been processed.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, PRSTO LeadGen reserves the right to immediately suspend all services and pursue recovery of the outstanding balance, including any associated fees or costs.
We partner with Stripe for payment processing and do not store any financial information.
All fees are for services rendered and campaign execution and are not contingent on performance outcomes.
8. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree to keep each other’s information confidential for two (2) years after termination and refrain from making negative public statements about each other.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, templates, frameworks, messaging, training content, and other resources provided by PRSTO LeadGen, including those made available through any portal, Learning Center, membership area, or similar platform, are the exclusive intellectual property of PRSTO LeadGen.
Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for internal business purposes only.
Client may copy or adapt materials solely for their own internal use. However, Client may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make these materials available to any third party under any circumstances.
Access to PRSTO LeadGen materials is provided for the duration of the Client’s active service unless otherwise specified. PRSTO LeadGen reserves the right to revoke access at any time.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes, interfere with our platforms, or access restricted systems.

12. Third-Party Services and Platform Risk
Client acknowledges that the services provided involve the use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn and email service providers.
These platforms operate independently and may impose limitations, restrictions, or account actions at their sole discretion.
PRSTO LeadGen does not control and is not responsible for any platform-related issues, including but not limited to account restrictions, reduced deliverability, message limitations, or changes in platform functionality.
Client accepts all risks associated with the use of outbound messaging platforms as part of the services.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the month prior to the claim.
We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or data loss.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the performance of campaigns, including pipeline generation, meetings booked, or revenue outcomes.
