PRSTO LeadGen Pay-for-Performance Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to PRSTO LeadGen’s Pay-for-Performance offering. All standard Terms and Conditions apply unless otherwise stated below.

Service Model

The Pay-for-Performance offering is based on the delivery of scheduled and attended sales meetings.

Clients purchase a defined number of meetings (for example, 5, 10, or 15 meetings).

Definition of a Meeting

A meeting is considered fulfilled when all of the following are true:

The prospect fits the agreed target market
The prospect agrees to the meeting
The meeting is attended

No-Show Policy

Meetings where the prospect does not attend do not count.

One reschedule attempt will be made.

If the rescheduled meeting is attended, it counts.

If the rescheduled meeting is not attended, it does not count.

Payment Structure

A deposit is required before services begin.

Payment is charged per meeting after the meeting is held and attended.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Failed Payments and Non-Payment

If a payment attempt fails due to an invalid or declined payment method, the Client will be notified and given forty-eight (48) hours to provide an updated and valid payment method.

If payment is not successfully resolved within five (5) business days:

PRSTO LeadGen reserves the right to immediately pause all services

Any remaining meetings or services will be suspended

The full remaining balance for the purchased package becomes immediately due and payable

Any unpaid balance may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

The Client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.

PRSTO LeadGen reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Fulfillment is considered complete once the agreed number of meetings has been delivered.

There is no guaranteed timeline for delivery.

Most clients begin seeing meetings within the first few weeks; however, timing varies based on factors including market conditions, targeting, messaging alignment, and client responsiveness.

We do not guarantee timelines, number of meetings within a specific timeframe, or revenue outcomes.

Results vary based on market conditions, targeting, offer strength, and client responsiveness.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Clearly define the target market
Respond promptly to scheduling and communication
Attend scheduled meetings

Delays in communication or participation may impact delivery timelines.

Completion of Services

Services are considered complete once the purchased number of meetings has been delivered.

Relationship to General Terms

All other terms outlined in PRSTO LeadGen’s general Terms and Conditions remain in effect.
